Our programmes
We have a number of data-focused apprenticeships that are essential for developing the advanced skills needed for data-driven decision-making, innovation, and operational efficiency:
Level 3 Data Technician. Our data technician apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to analyse and present data effectively and share insights with your team.
Level 4 Data Analyst. Our data analyst apprenticeship provides you with the skills to collect, organise, and analyse data and to create advanced reports and dashboards.
Level 5 Data Engineer. This apprenticeship is ideal for those looking to develop a strong foundation in data engineering and pursue a career in this high-demand field.

Meet one of our apprentices
In my data pathway course (Data Technician) I have the opportunity to guide people to embrace AI and use its benefits within the workplace, in preparation for the future. One key part of my role is reviewing multiple data sets and data points, and using that to draw insights and tell a story from the data. It puts into perspective how important your role is for the business, and I get a lot of satisfaction from understanding more about the organisation and the industry as a whole from this analysis. My aspiration within Volkswagen Group is to continue my data role, and build my knowledge of all the applications that are used within the business. In the future this could lead to additional automation, or extending the intelligent use of AI to help us tell stories, as well as supporting the business through data. We can only grow successfully if we work together and help each other.

Video interview questions
We’ll also ask you to answer a couple of video interview questions so that we have a chance to get to know a little more about you. You can give us a written version if that’s better for you.
Interview/Assessment centre
Our final step in the journey would be to attend a face-to-face interview or assessment centre, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real life tasks.
