Our six unique brands have shaped the way people move for generations, with iconic vehicles from luxury sports cars to family campervans. On our two-year graduate programme, you could build on that heritage. With training and support to stretch your skills, take responsibility and explore your interests, it’s a great launchpad for your career.
Our programmes
On our Reporting & Analytics Graduate Programme, you’ll spend time across our Product Planning teams who make sure our cars meet customer needs and are competitive and available when they want them. You’ll contribute to ensuring our brands continue to deliver the cars our customers love.
Product: In your product rotation, you’ll provide insight and analysis to support decision-making on new model lineups, the lifecycle management of our cars and their specifications and pricing.
Tactical: You’ll work within our tactical teams to develop and track the performance of a range of incentive campaigns to help our brands achieve their sales and order targets.
Sales Planning & Supply: In this rotation, you’ll support the planning and reporting of sales and order take and provide insight into key market and segment trends.
Developing your skills
Our graduate programme’s designed to continuously build your skills and knowledge, including access to unlimited online learning. Working with your manager, you’ll create a personal and professional development plan, and you’ll be assigned a mentor who can advise and guide you. With opportunities to influence major business projects and join our employee network groups, you’ll enjoy the scope to develop your full potential.
Meet one of our graduates
I originally started as an undergraduate on the Audi product planning and supply team in 2021. This helped me develop skills such as public speaking. It was very daunting to me, but with some mentoring, I eventually spoke to 300 students at a school, which was a massive personal achievement. My aspiration following the graduate scheme is to specialise in a certain area and own it as an expert, years down the line. With new models and technologies constantly coming, it is really exciting to be a part of driving the business in the right direction.

Apply

Numerical test
We’re a business built on data, so you’ll be asked to complete a numeracy skills test.
Situational judgement test
We want to see how you'd handle different workplace situations so we'll give you various scenarios with a range of possible actions to choose from.
Interview
This is a chance for us to get to you know you. We’ll ask you to record a video telling us why you want to be part of our Graduate scheme. Or you can give us a written version, if that’s better for you.
Assessment centre
You’ll get involved in individual and group exercises with other graduates. Just relax and show us your true self.
