Throughout your placement, you’ll find structured learning and development opportunities, as well as access to unlimited online courses covering a range of topics. With the chance to take on extra projects in areas that interest you and join our employee network groups, you’ll enjoy the scope to develop your full potential.
An undergraduate success story
I originally started as an undergraduate on the Audi product planning and supply team in 2021. This helped me develop skills such as public speaking. It was very daunting to me, but with some mentoring, I eventually spoke to 300 students at a school, which was a massive personal achievement. My aspiration following the graduate scheme is to specialise in a certain area and own it as an expert, years down the line. With new models and technologies constantly coming, it is really exciting to be a part of driving the business in the right direction.
Our undergraduate recruitment process
Our undergraduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Here’s what you can expect:
Apply
Fill in the application form and send us your CV to apply for the placement that most appeals to you.
Numerical test
All our roles involve data in some way, so we’ll test your numerical skills.
Situational judgement test
We want to see how you'd handle different workplace situations so we'll give you various scenarios with a range of possible actions to choose from.
Interview
This is a chance for us to get to you know you. We’ll ask you to record a video telling us why you want to be part of our undergraduate scheme. Or you can give us a written version, if that’s better for you.
Assessment centre
You’ll get involved in individual and group exercises with other undergraduates. Just relax and show us your true self.
