Learning and development are at the heart of every career across the Volkswagen Group UK Retailer Network. Based in Milton Keynes, the Volkswagen National Learning Centre is the home of training and professional development for our retail partners, supporting colleagues across commercial, sales, aftersales, technical and apprentice learning pathways.
Through our trusted delivery partnerships with Calex and Inspiro, we design and deliver industry-leading adult learning and apprenticeship programmes that help develop talent across the Volkswagen Group UK Retailer Network. Behind every learning experience is a diverse team of professionals, including trainers and facilitators, learning designers, learner support specialists, and project professionals, all working together to help learners build skills, gain recognised qualifications, and achieve their career ambitions.
