We strive to add value and growth by ensuring they engage with and deliver our priority programmes. Here, you’ll be working closely with our dealership teams so they understand our goals and provide great experiences that inspire customer loyalty.

We support our dealership network, so they give customers the best aftersales experience. How? By giving them targeted support, ensuring our technical networks deliver an effective aftersales customer experience and creating a seamless digital journey.

We aim for all Volkswagen Group vehicles to be fitted and repaired with genuine parts. You’ll help us retain customers and drive loyalty by enabling them to have genuine parts fitted at independent garages or body shops. Or you could be working with insurance and leasing companies to cover accident repairs at Volkswagen Group approved paint and body centres.

In this team, you’ll help make sure all our retailers have the parts they need, when they need them. We get the parts from suppliers in the UK and across the globe, and deliver them overnight to our UK dealerships. That means working closely with multiple teams so together we deliver excellent customer service.

Join this team and you’ll help to drive business by looking at trends and opportunities to introduce new ideas and improve the customer experience. This could be by making customers aware of our aftersales offers, or by optimising sales of all parts, accessories and essentials such as oil and tyres.

In these teams, you could be working with all six brands and our dealer network to ensure our vehicles always meet the highest standards in terms of safety, quality or environmental regulations. Alternatively, you might be keeping our customers mobile by giving expert diagnostic and repair advice to the retailer networks, checking warranty claims or ensuring we deliver excellent service if their vehicle breaks down.

Join this team and you’ll be delivering the essential insights we need to inform all our aftersales activities, including sales planning and pricing. By analysing internal and external data, we identify opportunities, develop ambitious sales plans and apply intelligent pricing techniques. This provides a competitive offer for customers, while driving profitability.
