Being a car enthusiast, working at Volkswagen Group UK has been a long-time ambition of mine. Since I started, the job has far exceeded my expectations. The people and culture, the work and the opportunities all make the Group a great place to work.

In my role, no two days are alike, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I get to work with various teams across almost every brand and function in the Group, on everything from small changes to digital transformation. There’s never a dull moment and the wider CX team makes it not just a great place to work but a fun one too.

I was attracted to Volkswagen Group UK by the opportunity to work for a wide range of companies, each with its own priorities and objectives, while remaining in the same organisation. The Group has given me lots of opportunities for professional development, both as part of my job and through involvement with the Enable Employee Network Group and the Net Zero Heroes sustainability group.
