My role gives me the chance to collaborate with all areas of the business on a daily basis, to ensure brand targets and plans are met. This provides great exposure and allows me to develop my knowledge and understanding of all roles within the brand. One of the best parts about working as a Product Manager is seeing the product develop from your market analysis, to some codes on a spreadsheet, to a physical vehicle on the road at launch. With the product at the centre of our business, my role means I work collaboratively across the whole brand and get stuck into very varied topics. No two days are the same.

During my career here, I’ve worked across different departments and had exposure to a huge range of important areas of the business. My current role in Product Planning is right at the core. I love the fast-paced environment and seeing the impact my role has on other group departments, the retail network and our customers. It really is a different day, every day!

I really enjoy working in the Product Planning team, with its supportive leadership, great team ethic, and diverse mix of personalities. We’re given the space to develop, and our ideas and opinions are actively sought. My role is very varied and has expanded a lot, but I feel valued and respected. It’s a friendly team environment, which makes for a great working atmosphere.
